Welcome to RadRep.AI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using RadRep.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

2. Medical Disclaimer

RadRep.AI is an assistive tool for healthcare professionals and is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The Service is designed to assist radiologists and healthcare providers in generating reports and analyzing data. It does not make medical decisions.
  • You acknowledge that the final verification of any report, diagnosis, or treatment plan rests solely with the licensed medical professional.
  • RadRep.AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. HIPAA Compliance and Patient Data

We take patient privacy seriously. Your use of the Service is subject to our compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable.

  • You agree not to upload Protected Health Information (PHI) unless you have executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us or are otherwise authorized to do so under applicable law.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary patient consents and authorizations required for submitting data to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its underlying technology, algorithms, software, designs, and content (excluding User Data), is the exclusive property of RadRep.AI and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your professional or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadRep.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past twelve months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Payments, Taxes, and Billing

You agree to pay the fees applicable to your subscription or usage plan.

Currency: All transactions are processed in INR.

Taxes: If you are located in India, GST of 18% will be applicable. For international clients, services are classified as "Export of Services" (subject to LUT/GST laws).

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

10. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

Since RadRep.AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, there is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery Method: Access to the Service is delivered digitally via email or direct login immediately upon successful payment.

Timeline: You will receive your account activation or report credits within 2 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive access, please contact hello@radrep.ai

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
