1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

2. Refunds

• SaaS Subscriptions: Since our services are digital and access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits once the subscription has commenced.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the service or generating reports for more than 24 hours, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
